If you feel there is a problem with your item(s) please contact us at contact.southernswag@gmail.com. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email stating return accepted with return instructions, it is the buyer’s responsibility to return items at their own cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchange approved items will be issued store credit, minus 10% restocking fee and you can re-purchase the correct item as a new sale.

All accepted returns will be given store credit minus 10% restocking fee! Item must be in original form with tags, never worn.
